While studying, Alondra took an interest in Kinesiology and earned her second teachable in health and physical education. Alondra has successfully completed all the Cecchetti grades including her Intermediate level ballet exams, as well as the Safe In Dance teaching certificate.

Currently, Alondra is a member of several associations including Healthy Dancer Canada, Canadian Dance Assembly, and Dance Ontario which help her keep current in the dance industry and provide information for professional development opportunities such as the Healthy Spine and Mary Ann Lee Creative Movement for Young Children workshops through the National School of Ballet. Alondra continues to practice many genres of dance while she pursues her Masters of Education at York University. She is very excited to be coming home to the Bracebridge School of Ballet and sharing her passion with her students.

David Walker is a Toronto based photographer specializing in performance photography. He also cottages in Muskoka and called us out of the blue one day looking for dancers to shoot. Since then we have formed a great relationship and he has photographed many of our students and instructors. The Ballet School is fortunate indeed to have David as a friend.
